SHIPPING UPDATE: Due to changes since Covid-19, please allow up to 7-10 business days from shipment notification to receive your order as USPS continues to experience delays.

Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped every other day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on most bank holidays (including Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve) are processed the next business shipping day.
US orders are eligible for FREE First Class or Priority Mail on orders over $75 (unless otherwise noted directly on product description, i.e. "Pre-Orders"). Discount will automatically be reflected at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, arrival can be expected within 2-4 business days*. A confirmation email will be sent with the order tracking number for US based orders only.
Please confirm your mailing address to ensure accuracy & avoid delays. Once order has shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are no longer able to modify the address.
USPS Priority Mail International will arrive within 1-4 weeks* as customs & postal receiving processing times vary. Unfortunately, once the package leaves the US, we are no longer able to track its progress. Please confirm your mailing address to ensure accuracy & avoid delays.
Package may be subject to import and duty fees that are out of our control.
If the package is marked as ‘unclaimed’ and/or ‘undeliverable’ and returned to Ankara Delights, we will automatically process a full refund – less shipping cost. We will not resend the package to the same address.
Ankara Delights is not responsible for items lost, stolen, unclaimed, or returned. Reshipping will be at the cost of the purchaser.
- Due to our partnerships with independent artists and designers, custom designing, pre-orders, and/or shipping periods may be unexpectedly delayed. In these rare instances, purchaser(s) will be notified immediately via email.
- Expedited or holiday shipping and international shipment tracking are available for an additional fee.
*Delivery times are the carrier’s estimation of when the order will arrive via the selected service. We cannot guarantee the exact date packages will be delivered.
